What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For most extracts, our standard MOQ is 1kg (aluminum foil bag). For custom formulations or private labeling, the MOQ starts at 25kg. Please contact sales for specific product details.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, we offer free samples (typically 10-20g) for testing purposes. Clients are usually expected to cover the shipping cost, which can be deducted from the first official order.
What certifications do you have?
We are ISO 9001, HACCP, and Kosher certified. Many of our products are also USDA Organic and EU Organic certified. COA (Certificate of Analysis) is provided with every batch.
